Gary Telaak, Exterior Design, Audi AG
Having grown up in Argentina, Greece and Venezuela, the cosmopolitan Gary Telaak came to Germany to study Automotive Design at the Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences for Design.
It is now Telaak’s 15th anniversary as Exterior Designer for Audi. He started off with the design of the 2nd generation Audi A3 and its derivative Audi A3 Sportback.
In 2001, after he had finished working on the Design of the A3, his talents were called upon to manage a young Exterior Design Team for the re-design of the style icon Audi TT and its derivative Audi TT Roadster.
As Project Coordinator his final coup was the A8 successor.
Since 2007 Telaak holds the position of Studio Leader, heading one of the Exterior Design Teams in Ingolstadt and creating Exterior Design proposals for the entire lineup of the Audi Product Portfolio.
