ActionAid Hellas (AAH) is searching for an MONITORING & EVALUATION MANAGER to join a global movement of committed individuals working to further human rights and defeat poverty.

We are an independent, international organization that has been working since 1972.

Requirements
Advanced academic degree in the fields of Social Sciences/ Humanities / Statistics / Business Management
At least three (4) years of working experience in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems for social work through data collection & mining, analysis, reporting and presenting
Proven experience with Monitoring and Evaluation systems and frameworks, including the setting of performance indicators, qualitative and quantitative data management
Knowledge of statistics and experience using CRM/ERP systems and statistical packages for analyzing datasets, including excel advanced skills.
Strong critical and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and ability to work under strict deadlines
Able to work remotely with a geographically dispersed team
Excellent use (both oral & written) of the Greek and the English language
