The European Investment Fund (EIF), in the framework of its GRAD programme, is seeking to recruit for its Human and Resources Management Department (H&RM) - Human Resources Division (HR) - Resource Management Unit (RMU) at its headquarters in Luxembourg, a: Graduate (GRAD)

This is a full-time position
Within the H&RM Department, the Human Resources Division is accountable for performance and employee relations management, talent acquisition and deployment through external recruitment and internal mobility.
The Resource Management Unit is responsible for the planning, roll-out and monitoring of all EIF recruitments, the EIF Internship Programme and the EIF Temporary Staff complement. The Unit works in close cooperation with EIF hiring managers to ensure alignment between HR policy and business needs and strategy.
You will work under the supervision of the Head of Unit and/or a designated Senior HR Officer, and work in close cooperation with the recruitment and business teams and other colleagues within H&RM. Furthermore, you will have contact with relevant EIB colleagues, external service providers and internal/external candidates. You may be requested contribute to horizontal projects and initiatives, across the Division and/or beyond.
University degree, preferably at post-graduate level, in the area of Human resources, organizational behaviour, business administration or related fields;
Up to two (2) years of professional experience in the fields of human resources, recruitment, and/or organisational design and development;
Any - or combination - of the following would be considered an advantage:
Experience with international organisations/companies;
Good knowledge of HR Information systems (such as PeopleSoft) or other relevant;
Knowledge of/experience with database management platforms(i.e. Business Objects or other similar);
Proficiency with the standard Windows Office tools;
Very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of other EU languages would be an advantage.
